Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on WallpaperBay infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent at: wallpaperbayhq@proton.me
Required Information
Your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work - A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material - The exact URL(s) on wallpaperbay.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information - Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith belief statement - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement - A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature - Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content of the takedown
- Process the request within 48 hours of verification
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must comply with DMCA requirements. Please contact wallpaperbayhq@proton.me for more information.
Repeat Infringers
WallpaperBay will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
